Who processes your data

What data we collect and why
Contact form: name, email and the text of your message. We use them to answer your request.
Mamamia in Tour form: name, phone, email, place, type and date of the event and the text of your message. We use them to answer your request about the event.
Work with us form: first name, surname, date of birth, city and region of residence, phone, email, chosen roles, photo, CV and a link to a demo (if you add them) and the text of your message. We use them to assess your application and contact you. You can apply only if you are at least 18 years old. If you tick the copy box, we email you the data you entered, without attachments.
If you do not provide the data requested in the form, we cannot answer your request or assess your application.
Contest registration
Contest registration form (Il Gay più bello d'Italia, Miss Drag Queen Italia, Miss Gaya): first name, surname, date of birth, region, email, phone, social profile and, for Miss Drag Queen Italia, your stage name (if you add it). We use them to manage your registration, contact you and organise the selections. You can register only if you are at least 18 years old.
Taking part in a contest of this kind may reveal your sexual orientation or gender identity. This is a special category of data: we process it only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected], without affecting processing already carried out.
The data may be shared with the organisers of the regional selections, who contact you for the pre-selections. We keep it for 12 months from registration, then delete it.
Legal basis
We process this data because you send it to get an answer or to apply. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep messages and applications for as long as needed to answer or assess the application, and in any case no longer than 12 months from submission. Then we delete them.
Who receives the data
The data reaches the mailboxes of GEL STAFF S.R.L. and is seen only by authorised people. We do not sell data.
To run the site and the forms we use technical providers, who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting and Turnstile anti-spam check), Resend (sending the form emails) and the company's email service provider.
Data outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Resend are companies based in the United States. When data leaves the European Union, the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and data in your browser
The site does not use profiling or analytics cookies. Only your choice on the cookie banner is saved in the browser, so the banner does not appear again on every visit.
The forms include an anti-spam check by Cloudflare (Turnstile), which tells people apart from automated programs and may process technical data such as the IP address.
Mama Beach bookings: the booking calendar is a spiagge.it service and loads when you open the page, without you first giving consent on this site. According to spiagge.it, before you answer their banner the calendar also loads analytics and optimisation tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Visual Website Optimizer); marketing tools (Meta pixel, Google Ads) start only after consent. spiagge.it has its own privacy notice. The “Book now” button in the menu opens the spiagge.it booking page directly.
Book the promos (nights): the button opens a service by Xceed, loaded only after your consent, when you press “Accept”. Xceed may use cookies and third-party tools, including the Facebook (Meta) pixel, and has its own privacy notice.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Photos open external services, which have their own policies.
Photos from the nights
If you recognise yourself in a photo published on the site and do not want to appear, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive it in a readable format. You can also object to the processing. Write to [email protected]: we reply within one month.
If you think your data is handled incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it (opens in a new tab)).
