Mama Beach in Torre del Lago Puccini, along Viale Europa in the heart of Versilia, is one of the most iconic beach clubs of the Italian LGBTQ+ community. Born as part of the “friendly marina” project together with Mamamia, it was among the first beach clubs in Italy to openly declare itself gay and lesbian friendly, becoming a symbol of freedom, welcome and respect for diversity.

Set in the Migliarino-San Rossore-Massaciuccoli Park and facing the Lecciona beach, it enjoys a unique position between sea, pine forest and lake. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic and, in the surrounding areas, sea turtles are not rarely seen nesting.

It offers all the services of a modern beach club: umbrellas, sunbeds and gazebos for hire, showers, cabins and toilets, access for people with disabilities and for animals, Wi-Fi and parking. A beach bar-restaurant, areas for beach volleyball and five-a-side football, entertainment, music and themed parties complete the offer.

By day it is the place to relax, in the silence of the natural park, ideal for days at the sea. It is open in summer, from May to September.
