Fill in the form and the regional organisers contact you for the pre-selections.
- Regional selections
They take place in different cities during the year.
- Semi-final
Finalists are chosen for personality, stage presence, communication and values, as well as looks.
- National final
Usually in August at the Mamamia in Torre del Lago, in front of a jury of artists, journalists, influencers and LGBTQ+ activists.

Information
The beauty contest born in 1997 as Mister Gay Italia and renamed with its current name in 2015 is held annually in Torre del Lago. During the year, regional selections are held in Italy, often accompanied by an online selection, where the participants in the Torre del Lago final are proclaimed.
Like Miss Drag Queen Italia, it is hosted by the irreverent and formidable drag queen La Wanda Gastrica. The contest is a national event aimed at electing the gay man who, in a jury's opinion, besides having aesthetic qualities, will put his social commitment into action once he has won the title.
It brings together fashion, entertainment and civil rights. It aims to break stereotypes about masculinity and gay beauty, promote acceptance and positive coming out, support social causes against homophobia and represent the Italian LGBTQ+ community at events and in the media.
